Olympia Leisure Centre's leisure pool's cool highlights include a bunch of cutting edge flume slides with visual effects, rapid river, a wave pool and tickly seated bubble beds!
Younger children can look forward to splashing around in their toddler pool with smaller slides and fun interactive features, plus zero depth beach entry and plenty of room for the grown-ups to play with them.
Thrill seekers can try the 4 truly innovative flumes that descend into aqua catches, with the bravest aiming to try the Cannonball, with its whopping 3.8m drop into the dive pool! The flumes have various features including 3D holograms, LED light effects and clear sections, really special and unusual!
Their 50m swimming pool has a full 6 lanes with a normal depth of 1.8m but the setting is highly adaptable and can be readily transformed into 3 separate pools (dive pool, activity pool and 25m training pool) by using the sneaky movable floor and walls. Cool!
Their selection of diving boards will be open at scheduled times and for diving classes only, so if they're why you're going then be sure to check the timetables and go when they're available! Please note, the 3m and 5m diving boards will not be available when the Cannonball Flume is in operation.
