Barnhill Rock Garden

Barnhill Rock Garden is a public park with a variety of different areas and plants to investigate as you enjoy a peaceful walk about or have a family picnic.

This is a great place to do some bird or even seal watching, as there is an excellent view of the river Tay. There is a woodland area, a scree bed, several water features and a glasshouse, all of which have different plants to see.

Look out for tadpoles and guppies in the little stream along the perimeter as you check out the rock gardens and keep an eye out for the great variety of wildlife living in the area. This includes owls, sparrow hawks, squirrels and roe deer.
