About Lyme Regis Treasure Hunt Trail

Hands up - who here loves eye spy? Good, as the Lyme Regis Treasure Hunt Trail is all about spotting the unseen and using your eagle eyes, so ready, set, SPY!

This little seaside spot has had many a pirate come to its shores over the years, but perhaps this time you and your crew will be the ones to finally dig up the (fictional) loot! As well as packing your eye patch and peg leg, be sure to download your route PDF. It’s your very own treasure map with directions to clues all over town - these are hidden though, so keep your eyes peeled for signposts and statues.

Stroll along the seafront, pass by The Cob and stop at a world-famous film location. Finally polish it off with a tour of the lovely, local gardens. The route should take around 2 hours to complete so you’ll have plenty of time to explore!

Opening Times

Trails are self-guided and can be instantly downloaded from the Treasure Trail website. Follow the Trail, solve the clues and see the sights on any day of your choosing. There is no need to phone up for opening details. All Trails are designed to be completed in daylight.
