About Idle Valley
Idle Valley offers an outdoor play space with adventure play facilities plus you can hire great kids' discovery packs from the centre (very reasonably) which have everything they need to explore, including binoculars. The packs vary in theme and again seasonally so there's always something different on offer, one of the more exciting being the Pond Discovery set which comes complete with nets and pots for your own pond dipping session!
Visitors are also invited to enjoy the many footpaths and bridleways, of which 2500m are wheel and push chair accessible, together with 5 scenic viewing screens and a nature viewing platform. There are four designated walks of varying lengths plus a bronze rubbing trail and sculpture discoveries to be made.
