The Dome features a wide range of outdoor activities and indoor amenities, making it a perfect spot for a fun-filled family day out. For sports enthusiasts, there's the UK's only split-level ice skating rink, a splashtastic swimming pool with 7 interlinking pools, slides, rapids, and flumes, as well as one of the biggest gyms in Doncaster.
The ice rink is especially popular with its regular public skating sessions and evening skating sessions for those who want to try something different after work. You can also sign up to ice skating lessons.
Our outdoor cycle track, built by British Cycling in 2019 for the UCI World Cycling Championship is also the perfect place to let off some steam on your bike, or on one of our hire bikes.

Ice Skating
Did you know at The Dome Doncaster you can find the UK's only split level ice rink?!
Meaning your family can enjoy a unique ice skating experience on your family day out! Plus, there's also wheelchair-accessible sessions which are suitable for those with a disability or impairment.
Gym & Fitness
For those looking to achieve those fitness goals, the gym is where it's at. It's been recently upgraded with the latest equipment and fitness gear, so you can really step up with your fitness routine. You can also take part in exercise classes like body combat, body pump, Zumba and even Les Mills Fitness!
Cycle Track
Our cycle track is the perfect place to practice your cycling away from busy roads and crowded areas. Bring your own bike, or hire one of ours. Suitable for all ages and we also have a range of accesisble bikes that you can hire.
Event Venue
The Dome also regularly hosts a variety of events and shows, from live music performances to comedy nights and ice shows. These events are perfect for a truly memorable night out. Whether you're looking for a special event like an evening with Kevin Sinfield or Jason Manford!
Food & Drink
Feeling hungry? Head to the Icebreakers Pub & Kitchen for a breakfast buffet, hot and cold food and light nibbles. On Sundays, you can enjoy a classic Sunday carvery, and fill up on those roasties!
If you just want a light bite to eat, then the Cafe's near the pool havea huge selection of fresh food and drink, and the Ice Cafe in the IceCaps also have tasty nibbles for you to munch on and keep you going.

The Lagoons Swimming Pool
Tackle the flumes and rapids in our recently refurbished fun pool.
During our BIG SPLASH sessions we have 7 interlinking pools, two fast flumes, double racer slide, outdoor pool with rapids, waterfalls, sprinkles, jacuzzi's, water jets, baby area, and so much more.
Accesible changing area, lift, and hoist available.
BIG SPLASH is open every weekend and School Holiday.
During the week we also have early bird, adult swim, aquafit, SEND swim, parent and toddler and Swim 4 All (the flumes and slides are not on during these sessions).
Split-Level Ice Rink
We are proud to have the only split-level ice rink in the UK, making ice skating an activity for all ages and a new challenge for all awaits you with our ramps.
We regularly host themed events and have also welcomed celebrity ice skaters to our rink.
1km Cycle Track
Our cycle track, built by British Cycling for the UCI 2019 cycling race, is a safe and unique way to give cycling a try. We have bikes available to hire, for all abilities, and our track is a great way to practice without having the worry of the roads. We also have a smaller balance bike track for younger cyclists.

The Dome is accesible by bus, we have a bus stop outside the venue.
There is also a busy train station in Doncaster. You would need to get a bus or taxi from the train station to The Dome, but there are plenty available.
