About Freddies Den
Freddie's Den is a soft play area for children up to the aged of 8. Based in the Jim McDonald community centre the play frame is packed with obstacles and challenges for the little ones to enjoy.
Whilst they explore the crawl tube, mirror maze, bash bags slide and infinity step and discover the interactive sound wall and ball pit, the bigger ones can sit back and relax with a warming Illy Coffee and sweet treat from Freddie's coffee bar, whilst making use of the free wifi provided.
The Jim McDonald Centre is a multi use facility serving the needs of the community. Home to Jimmy Mac's an activity centre for the retired who can enjoy freshly prepared dinner for £4.
We have many different rooms for hire including a Sports Hall and Dance studio and are home to many different martial arts, boxing, dancing, football and various other community groups.
