About Hertfordshire Sports Village
There are loads to keep the whole family fit and healthy at Hertfordshire Sports Village.
With a gym, pool, indoor and outdoor facilities and activities and even a climbing wall you’re sure to find a sport for every family member. The 25m pool is separated into eight lanes, which means you can swim at a pace that best suits you. There’s a wide range of group exercises available, from Box fit to Pilates and much more!
If you prefer to do your own thing the gym is fully equipped and instructors are nearby to help with bespoke fitness plans. During the school holidays there’s even more fun and activities put on for the children, so parents can still squeeze in their favourite workout!
