The Venue Borehamwood
Borehamwood, HertfordshireAbout The Venue Borehamwood
The Venue If dislike rain and you can stand irony, take refuge with the fidgety kids in this underwater themed play area plus new bits! Bursting with features new and old after refurbishment, the new area features a twin lane bump slide ideal for racing, cargo nets for pirate climbing, hanging snakes to cuddle or avoid depending on how creepy you are, an octopus rocker for little ones, a cool interactive mirror and game board, ball pond and lots more! It's more than enough to lose them for a few hours into cardiovascular entertainment! It really is great exercise, if you're not sure take a look at them when they come out at the end!
There's a separate crawl and toddle zone for, well, you ono who - there's everything they like in there from squashy stacking blocks to play mats to a ball pool of their own. A charming little space with enough room for a few parents to be in and interacting with the smalls at a time and good training for the main fare in the bigger play frame!
Plus you're in the Hertsmere Leisure Centre so you've also got a full size swimming pool with teaching pool and regular wet and wild sessions also on site! THey can either be offered as alternatives to one another or sit aside each other for big kids who can handle that much in a day!
