Filey Beach offers a 5 mile stretch of clean, sandy, award winning beaches for traditional family beach days. There are not many modern facilities, but you can watch the fishermen mending and casting their nets, and there are plenty of local heritage and nature trails in the area, plus Filey Brigg, a haven for a variety of birds and wildlife.
