Sewerby Hall and Gardens, a historic country house and estate set in 50 acres of stunning parkland, has plenty to offer visitors of all ages, including the House, a Children's Adventure Playground, and a zoo!
Iconic Bricks This Summer
Step back into the prehistoric era of dinosaurs and giants. From the 23rd August, you can embark on a brand new tour that will feature 18 life-sized brick models of your favourite dinos!
From the incredible Triceratops and Stegosaurus to a GIANT Iguanodon. And they're all made of building bricks! Set against the stunning backdrop of Sewerby Hall and Gardens, the Iconic Bricks exhibit promises a delightful and memorable experience for families fans visiting during the summer.
Things To Do
There are so many fun things to do there, with a great mix of educational, sporting, and just for fun activities, plus a number of events throughout the year to take part in. Kids can climb, slide, jump, swing, ride, and go wild in the Adventure Playground, where kids rule!
The pitch and putt course is brilliant, like real golf, but much more fun! Challenge your friends and family to a few rounds on the 12-hole course to find out who the champion is!
Hop onto a Seafront Train for a quick route to the seaside! The land trains will whisk you from Sewerby Hall to Bridlington's sandy beaches and fun, packed promenades in no time at all.
Introduce your kids to an exciting world of animals at Sewerby Zoo. Come and meet a whole variety of domestic and wild animals from various countries, such as the delightful small pygmy goats from Africa, and llamas from South America, plus walk through aviaries, and more!
The estate has a lovely Georgian house to explore, a Woodland Walk to enjoy, plus an Orienteering course to follow. There is also a Welcome Centre, a cafe, and a gift shop.
Food & Drink
If you're feeling peckish, head to the Clock Tower Cafe, where you can munch on a wide range of meals and snacks. From freshly prepared sandwiches and soups to baked goods like flapjacks, scones, and seasonal specials!
There are plenty of hot and cold drinks here, too, and colouring sheets for the kiddies, too!

Sewerby Hall is an elegant Georgian country house, that offers visitors a glimpse into the past with its beautifully restored rooms! Including the Regency-style interior and the preserved rooms showcasing life in the Edwardian era.
Beautifully Landscaped Gardens
The 50-acre estate boasts a variety of beautiful gardens, including a formal rose garden, a sensory garden, and woodland walks!
The gardens provide a picturesque setting for a leisurely stroll, with vibrant displays of seasonal flowers, lush lawns, and serene water features. It's the perfect day out for families who love nature.
