Museums and Art Galleries
Suitable for all ages
Venue type: Indoor
Dartmouth Museum is a small friendly museum in an old house in Dartmouth. It might even be haunted!
We love kids. We just can't eat a whole one! And the Henley Study has a wonderful table with microscopes you can use and things you can do whether you're 5 or 105!
We've got quizzes for kids and grownups. There's a walking trail rind the town, too. We've got really friendly volunteers to help you get the most out of your visit. Can you find our elephant?
The Oldstone Dolls House is amazing. We wish you could play with it, but it's just too precious! But you can see it.

More Information
Toilets
Dartmouth Museum is very close to excellent public conveniences. We can handle an emergency, but the single loo on site is not normally one for our guests. We know you'll understand. We're an old, listed building and just don't have the room.
Gift shop
Dartmouth Museum's shop sells specialist booklets and postcards unavailable form any other source. You can also buy reprints from our massive picture archive.
Eating information
Dartmouth Museum has no space for refreshments, but the town has a very fine selection of eateries for all budgets.
