Play Zones
Explore 10 Zones of family fun at Woodlands Theme Park, for all your kids to enjoy. Take on the mega watercoasters and beat any wet weather with the biggest indoor play centre in the Southwest. Reach new heights with views across the whole park on a selection of rides, like Vertigo and soar high into the sky on their family favourite Swing Ship Duck.
Then you can run and jump around the Ninja Area with 4 huge towers hidden deep in the woods – and mini ninja playtime, an activity centre for smaller kids. The amazing play equipment will keep the kids entertained and let the adults relax at this holiday destination. There are also indoor venture centres complete with fast rides and slides! With dedicated toddler soft play and outdoor equipment, including the Golden Bear City wooden play town, there is something for even the youngest member of the family
Zoo Farm
Everyone loves animals. In between taking on exciting rides, head over to the Zoo Farm which is filled with amazing creatures, like exotic reptiles, sneaky nocturnal animals and farm favourites! This fantastic zoo farm is filled with baby animals, exotic animals and a rabbit farm too. With over 10 different indoor barns, the whole family has a chance to see their favourite animals right here! This will definitely be a family favourite for everyone to enjoy and see cute animals.
The incredible zoo farm has exotic creatures, such as snakes in the reptile house, sika deer in their wild paddock. Enjoy the falconry centres and their stunning displays!
They even have farm rides and Safari Mini-Golf to play!
Camping

This amazing water ride is relaxing and lets you relax whilst sitting in your boat above the blue water. Enjoy the acres of gardens on your Toboggan mega ride! You will have a chance to see the lovely displays and enjoy a fun-filled day.
There is also a chance for you to visit the Falconry display for free! With a wide range of birds, this will be a great activity for huge animal lovers - plus you can see daily displays with Birds of Prey at the Falcontry Centre.
Events
Throughout the year Woodlands hosts many popular guests you may recognise from TV! Meet your favourite character or make slime at a science show. At Christmas, the park transforms into a magical winter wonderland with an enchanting light trail leading to Santa’s 10-room grotto tours hosted by festive elves!

By Bus:
The Stagecoach 92 Bus Service bus service goes through Totnes and stops right outside Woodlands Family Theme Park.
By Car:
Southbound
– From the M5 at Exeter, follow the A38 Southbound towards Plymouth.
– Take the Buckfastleigh/Totnes exit.
Northbound
– Follow the A38 from Plymouth and take the Avonwick/South Brent exit.
– Follow the brown tourist signs marked Woodlands Leisure Park through Totnes, and take the A381 road to Kingsbridge/Dartmouth Road.
– Turn left at Halwell onto the A3122 road to Dartmouth.
– Just 2 miles down the road Woodlands Family Theme Park is on your right.
