Belair Park
Southwark, Greater LondonAbout Belair Park
At the fabulous Belair Park the modern and varied facilities include 4 full size tennis courts plus several football and cricket pitches available to hire, an adventure play area with sturdy equipment suitable for ages 2 to 10 years, all beside a picturesque lake which is slap in the middle of the park! So whatever kind of exercise, fun or relaxation you're after there's by and large something to tickle your fancy here!
There's also a cool new skate park to tempt your teens with, welcoming kids on skates, boards, BMX and scooters, so long as they're adequately padded up! All weather features range from simple runs for beginners to curvy challenges for improvers, so everyone is welcome!
A wildlife conservation area can be found just ahead of beautiful Beauberry House, a great spot for mini beast safaris or an impromptu nature lesson if you know your stuff, or you can make a family project out of finding out even more! There is also a restaurant at Belair House, though it is not strictly young kid friendly, so best eschewed for a picnic if your little ones are boisterous. And who's aren't!?
