Glass Mill Leisure Centre at 41 Loampit Vale is a colourful Lewisham landmark, just moments from Lewisham rail and DLR stations. There's a 25-metre, 8-lane main pool alongside an 18-metre learner pool with a moveable floor, perfect for lessons and building young swimmers' confidence, plus pool parties for birthdays. A crèche run by Just Little Kidz caters for children from 3 months to 5 years, with breakfast and after-school clubs too. Junior gym sessions run for 11-17 year olds, and there's an Adult and Junior Gym session where members can bring their child along for free. With a 72-station gym, two studios and a cafe, it's a genuinely comprehensive family visit.
