Little adventurers will love exploring the great outdoors, and there’s plenty to discover. Go for a stroll through the beautiful formal Victorian Gardens and see how many flowers you can spot as you stroll past the pond, or go for an adventure on a woodland walk - don’t forget to keep your eyes out for deer.
Explore the house and keep your little ones entertained with the trail of things that don’t belong. Can you spot the out-of-place objects hidden throughout the collection? From Lego figures to Pokémon cards, see what you can find.

Regency house and impressive collection of horse-drawn vehicles
An unexpected jewel on the edge of Exmoor, a complete family estate held by the Chichester family for over 500 years. Home of The National Trust Carriage Museum, the stables has a vehicle for every occasion ranging from elegant coaches used for state occasions to humble carts that would have carried servants. Children can play on hobby horse or have a go at tacking the model horse.
