York Stadium Leisure Complex at Monks Cross is a genuine family destination, home to York Leisure Centre alongside York City FC and York Knights RLFC. There are three pools - a 25-metre pool for lane swimming and lessons, plus a Learner Pool and Splash Pad combo that's ideal for younger children. Kids love the Clip 'N' Climb Arena, and there's an outdoor play park with slides and climbing towers, free to use. A 4-court sports hall hosts Toddler's World, badminton and basketball, and there are 5-a-side 3G pitches and birthday parties too - genuinely something for the whole family here.
