How long will we be there?

The escape room itself can take up to 45 minutes. We allow approximately 1 hour to include time for photos etc

Are the children actually locked in?

NO! The main door is always unlocked and children can leave at any time.

Will we be doing the escape room with other people?

No. The bookings are exclusive for the booking party so you won't have to share your experience with anyone you don't know.

Yes of course! The escape room is yours to experience as you wish. It's a great family bonding experience or can be enjoyed with friends.

About Star Street Escapes

We are situated within Star Street Children's Salon on Poppleton Road, Holgate, approximately 1.5 miles from York Railway Station.

On street, free parking.

Candy Chaos is York's first escape room designed for children.

The room can be experienced with our without adults joining in.

The children are never "locked in" and are free to leave the room at any time.

Private bookings for family and friends, you will never have to share the experience with others.

Every child will "escape" and receive a reward for their efforts.
