Attraction Information

BHS approved Witcham Equestrian Centre offer a variety of well mannered mounts for lessons in riding and dressage, plus offer a dedicated Pony Club and features including a floodlit indoor arena of 30m x 50m and Gideon the amazing mechanical horse!

The schooling facilities are mainly indoor, with yard access. Short scenic hacks are available for folks who've had enough experience to be competent and confident, so it's well worth taking some lessons so you can all go exploring together!

Their Nationally Recognised Pony Club offer horsey kids to chance to pretend they own a pony for a while and get insight and training in stable management and grooming as well as getting some riding tuition and maybe even feeding them!

Plus Ely itself is a charming city to explore and you're nice and close here (though you wouldn't know it for the peace and quiet at the centre!) so why not check out our other listings and extend your day into some other adventures too? Go on, you know you want to!
