Attraction Information
TheMilton Country Park comprises 95 acres of eclectic terrain to explore based around the reclaimed gravel pits, but out of it's wilder depths there are also 2 miles pf accessible pathways, an adventure playground, wildlife observation platforms and many other simple ways to enjoy a pleasing family day out in the country!
The adventure playground isn't huge but it has all the things you need in there to meet the kids' climbing, sliding, running and hiding needs!
The trails are wheel and push chair accessible, plus dogs are welcome with an off the leash area at the Northern end, so literally everybody in the family can come along! Plus loads of wide open spaces for running and playing in, so why not take along some traditional family fare like the bats, balls and Frisbee!
There are platforms for fishing on both lakes but you do of course need to pre arrange a license and bring your own kit if you're angling for some family fishing time!
Seasonal and special events are also often laid on here during major school holidays including fun runs and races plus annual Grottos and Egg Hunts! So keep an eye out for some extra fun!
