The world's first inland surf lagoon and the only place for surfer breaks in the UK! In an all nature-inspired location like rivers, mountains, woodlands and the abundant wildlife of Snowdonia. All repurposed from a former aluminium plant, with waves powering an impressive 300-metre surf lagoon!
Surf Lessons
If you've always wanted to learn how to surf but didn't fancy the trip down under, then Surf Snowdonia calls your name! At the world's first Wave garden destination, riding the waves has never been easier. Suitable for all ages, you and the family can learn to surf in an uncrowded space, all in the natural Welsh freshwater. Whether you're an absolute beginner or an advanced-level expert, they offer surf lessons for anyone above the age of 5! With persistent waves every 90 seconds, there will never be a dull moment and it makes learning how to surf even easier. Learning how to position yourself on the board, water safety as well as developing skills and building your confidence. Plus, with friendly staff, wetsuits and board hire and you'll be able to experience a fun and accessible family activity.
Paddle into their powerful and immense waves in a forest-cloaked valley. And with lifeguards working around the clock, you're in safe hands. Whether you're trying out beginner surf lessons, intermediate sessions, looking for adult surf lessons or wanting to become a surf champion this is the perfect environment to do so. The surfing academy welcomes all.
Food & DrinkAfter all that adrenaline-pumping wave surfing, it's time for a bite to eat. Head over to Zephyr’s Bar & Grill, Surfside food or the hotel Wave Garden Spa for some much need food for fuel.
Adventures
Alongside surfing, Adventure Parc Snowdonia also has a variety of other activities to get stuck in. Love the thrill and being surrounded by nature as you dive head first into some fun-filled adventures? There's plenty of that here! With their adrenaline indoor activities such as the ninja assault and extreme slides attraction, some thrill-astic adventure climbing, zooming on zip lines and free falls and indoor caving, you won't fun out of new things to experience. There's also soft play for the little kiddies who want to roll around and enjoy their own company. For those who love the outdoors, there is a pump track and mini wheels for you to test yourself on, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), open water swims, rock climbing and a carver skate bowl. But, there's so much more to experience too... like exhilarating gorge walking, mountain biking, coasteering, trail running and mountain walking. Phew, make sure you wear protective gear as you take on ALL these exciting activities in the adventure park!
