Step back in time or stroll through nature at Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre. A timeline trail, homemade ice cream and one enormous mammoth make it a winner with kids!
This award-winning attraction adventures through the ages, stopping off in the Ice Age, the Iron Age and exploring the stories of Shropshire with interactive exhibits, panoramic films, a craft room and more. Kids can even take on the timeline trail which will challenge them to become landscape detectives and learn loads along the way.
Take time to lose yourself in 30 acres of meadows with trails, geocaching and an all ability access adventure play area. The River Onny is a lovely spot to pause during a dog walk, all before visiting their must-not-miss: a full-size replica skeleton of a woolly mammoth!
