Reviews

Bad staff 1 out of 5 stars

It was the worst experience ever. I saw bad reviews about it before I went, but I thought it won’t be that bad.... I called before I went I spoke with someone and asked if I can go alone with 5 kids and I repeated my question twice, her answer was absolutely YES!!! Went there it was a big NO.. luckily my friend was with me, so they let me in.. but they wanted my friend to swim or not all kids will swim, so my friend has to sit in the cafe with one kid!!! When my friend daughter wants to leave, she went next to the door cafe, so one of the staff came talking in a very bad way, shouting in an unprofessional way and kept on being rude in front of the little child. We might made a mistake but there wouldn’t be an issue if he spoke in a professional nice way... even the reception staff wasn’t nice too... not happy at all, wouldn’t recommend it to anyone
