This multi-purpose gym has a well-equipped fitness centre, however if it’s ball games you like you’ll be spoilt for choice with the squash, basketball, volleyball and netball courts! There are two studios that offer a variety of classes for every level, plus an indoor cycling room so you can discover why people either love or hate spinning!
Down in the pool you can use it for fitness or to wind down as a family. There’s a flume to ride, guaranteed to make you smile, aqua fit classes and lessons. Once you’re all dried off the children can head to the soft play while you make the most of the café on site.
