At Gunnersbury Leisure Centre, the Junior Gym is designed especially for kids aged 11 to 16, offering a safe and friendly environment where they can learn about fitness and enjoy working out. With a variety of equipment suitable for younger users, the Junior Gym allows kids to try cardio machines, strength training equipment, and more, all under the guidance of trained fitness professionals.
