Model Town at Wimborne Minster
Wimborne Minster, DorsetAbout Model Town at Wimborne Minster
Wimborne Minster Model Town was built well over 50 years ago and the superb 1/10th scale models continue to surprise and amaze visitors from all over the world with their superb quality and realism.
The fun family worksheets, suitable for all age groups which are provided free of charge, lead you through the many Streets and Lanes including the colourful prize winning gardens (including sensory area), searching for those elusive clues. Eventually you approach Wendy Street, a designated safe play area for younger visitors. The four Wendy Houses provide plenty of amusement for smaller guests and everyone loves the model railway.
After, why not test your skills on their giant outdoor chess game or try your luck on the new Putting Lawn?
