Mega Slip and Slide Dorset

Each session lasts one hour and includes unlimited slides during that time.

All sliding equipment is free of charge. Wetsuit and safety sock hire is available on site if needed.

The slide uses a shallow flow of water to keep it fast and fun—there are no deep pools or standing water. It's suitable for non-swimmers, but children must always be supervised.

Swimwear or a wetsuit. Safety socks or water shoes are recommended, but not essential. Bring a towel and dry clothes for after your session.

Absolutely! Mega Slip and Slide Dorset is great fun for adults as well as children. Parents/Guardians often join in the action.

Yes. All children must be supervised by a responsible on-site adult at all times—whether they are on or off the slide. The adult does not need to participate, but must remain on site throughout the session.

We welcome disabled visitors and those who are autistic or neurodivergent, and we’re happy to help wherever possible. However, participation on the slide requires a reasonable level of physical mobility and control.

Riders must be able to:

– Walk up a grassy slope multiple times

– Get into and out of an inflatable ring independently

– Control their body position while sliding

We also offer a complimentary carer’s pass, available with supporting documentation.

All participants must be aged 4 and over to slide.

During busy sessions, shade is limited, so we recommend bringing your own sun protection—umbrellas, hats, or pop-up shelters are all welcome.

We are in a field so the ground is uneven in places

Although dogs are allowed in the car park area, they are not permitted on the main site. If you choose to bring your dog, you're welcome to stay with them in the car park, but they must remain on a lead at all times.

Please note: the A31 is a busy road, so it is essential that dogs are kept strictly on a lead for their safety and the safety of others.

If your dog needs the toilet, please clean up immediately and take any waste away with you—do not use the on-site bins for dog waste.

We offer a selection of hot drinks, including coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, along with cold drinks, crisps, cookies, and other light refreshments.

Picnics are welcome, but we kindly ask that all waste is taken home with you, as on-site bins are limited.
