Take a break from the seven seas and bring your band of scallywags to the Bournemouth Gardens Treasure Hunt Trail. There’s a gold doubloon or two in it for them, as well as a fantastic family day out!
Before any swashbuckling can take place, download your route PDF. In pirate talk that’s your treasure map - just a little more high-tech - and it will guide you towards a web of clues all over town. These will be craftily hidden on monuments and signposts, so keep your eyes peeled - eye patches included!
The hunt for (fictional) treasure will take around 3 hours to complete but there’s so much else to see. On your way you’ll travel through the lovely, local gardens before strolling along the pier and seafront. Then if the weather holds out, it’s a great place for a picnic so be sure to pack extra grog!
