Poole Dolphin Leisure Centre provides everything you need for an enjoyable and active lifestyle. In addition to our modern, well-equipped gym featuring 60 stations, we offer a variety of activities in our 4 pools: a main pool, a teaching pool, and a diving pool. Here, you can take part in our award-winning swimming and diving lessons, as well as casual swim and fitness sessions. We also offer a diverse range of group fitness classes tailored to individuals of all ages and fitness levels. To enhance your relaxation, don't forget to unwind in our sauna after your workout.
Diving Boards
We are proud to offer the only local diving boards in the area. Whether you're looking to practice your skills or learn new ones, our facility is the perfect place for you. Come along and take advantage of this unique opportunity. Who knows? You might just become the next Tom Daley!
4 Pools to choose from.
Our leisure centre is a hit with kids of all ages, thanks to our four diverse pools that cater to everyone from babies to the "too cool" older kids. Here's what makes each pool special:
Teaching Pool: Perfect for babies and toddlers, this pool helps little ones build confidence in the water in a safe and fun environment.
Boom Pool: A 1-meter deep area that provides a secure space away from deeper waters, ideal for kids who are still gaining their swimming skills.
Main Pool: A 25-meter pool designed for more experienced swimmers to enjoy and practice their strokes.
Diving Boards: Our unique diving boards offer a thrilling experience for those looking for a different type of pool-based fun.
