Splashdown
Poole, DorsetAbout Splashdown
All kids love a good waterpark! And at Splashdown, you don't need to wait for good weather to make the most of the rides - there's a reason why it's the South's favourite all-action waterpark!
Splashdown is more than just a water park; it's a haven of fun where laughter echoes from every corner. Whether you have toddlers taking their first splash or teenagers seeking adrenaline-pumping rides, Splashdown has something for everyone.
Things To Do
This all-action waterpark has 13 thrilling indoor and outdoor flume rides and superfast slides full of thrills, drops, and turns. Every family member will be going back for more! And if your energy is wearing thin before the kids, parents can retreat to the Jacuzzi in Captain's Cove for a well-earned spot of relaxation with the bubble spa! Splashdown water park is a hit for families, and it's no wonder why!
Thrilling Water Slides
The variety of water slides is a major attraction for families with older children. Daredevils can test their courage on rides like Velocity, a high-speed slide that promises an exhilarating plunge, or Infinity, a twisting, turning adventure that will leave everyone breathless. The Dragon's Lair offers a dark and mysterious journey through twists and turns, perfect for thrill-seekers.
For those who live off adrenaline, why not try out The Screamer? Where you'll descend through 40m of slides in under 5 seconds - talk about a scary vertical drop!! It takes high speed to another level.
Gentler Options for Younger Kids
The under-5s aren't left out of the fun either, with not one but THREE splash zones just for them! These include Ricky's Reef and the interactive water play area at Buccaneer Splash, a dedicated area for toddlers and young kids featuring shallow waters, gentle slides, and interactive water features! The toddler pool is a safe and exciting environment where little ones can enjoy water play under the watchful eyes of their parents.
Being an indoor and outdoor waterpark means it's great for rainy days or scorchers! Making it the perfect theme park for families looking to experience fun no matter the weather! Whether you visit during the peak summer season or during the winter when you want to get outside but don't have to face the harsh realities of the bitter cold.
Food & Drink
After a few hours of splashing around, you're bound to work up an appetite. So, head to Splash Cafe for a range of dining options to satisfy all tastes.
Whether you fancy a quick snack or a hearty meal, you can find it all here. From traditional fish and chips to healthier options like salads and wraps, there's something to please everyone. Remember to treat the kids (and yourself) to some delicious ice cream!
