This beautiful cafe, in the heart of Bournemouth, is on a mission to promote kindness through animal welfare, ethical eating, volunteering and community projects. It's full of charming cat-centric decor, cosy seats and - of course - cute cats. With 11 adorable cat residents, there is no shortage of cats to cuddle and play with as you indulge in delicious treats. It's the ultimate relaxed atmosphere!
Food and Drink
Fancy some hot drinks? Pause Cat Cafe is a not-for-profit cafe, offering a range of delicious drinks with insanely cute names and nice food.
Why not try their Meowicano, Es-purr-esso, Mog-cha or (our personal favourite) the Cat-White? If you're in the mood for a refreshing juice then you have to check out the Pina-cat-lada or the Meow-jito. We recommend going (even if it's just for the drinks).
They also offer a range of vegetarian and vegan artisan food! Did we mention that all of the food is locally sourced and ethically made? We'd recommend trying the soy vanilla ice cream - it's delicious!

You must book your visit in advance. Please be aware that on booking, you will be asked to choose a table. There are only 2 child friendly tables - Table 9 and Table 10. You are unable to book another table with children.
Please also note that babies can enter the cafe for free but children who are crawling or walking in the cafe will need a booked ticket to cover the cat care cover charge.
