Visit the Mile End Leisure Centre in London today with your family! Who can get in shape first? Whether it's soaring down the swimming lanes in the pool or pumping it to the max in the cardio, strength and functional training areas, there is something for each member of the family to get involved with! 

This centre comprises of a spacious 130+ station state-of-the-art gym, plus dedicated women’s only gym. There are a whole host of ways to get active in the studio's fitness classes, which range from Zumba, Boxfit, Yoga and more plus a dedicated studio for Les Mills Virtual Group Cycle.  There is also a 25m, 8-lane swimming pool plus teaching pool we offer a variety of swim activities including Better Swim School lessons. 

Why not challenge each other to a game of badminton in the sportshall? Or maybe something else like, basketball, gymnastics, trampolining or fencing? This super sportshall is equipped for all kinds of activities and ball games! There is even a Toddlers World, and a dedicated soft play mega structure, so feel free to bring the little ones along where they can play safely. There many more impressive features to this gym that can be utilised by all athletic individuals, such as hockey, football on the astro pitch, 2 netball courts and 3 tennis courts! The athletics stadium is great for those who need to let off some steam on the tracks too!
