With safety as a top priority, Up at the O2 provides all necessary equipment and expert guides will run through a safety briefing to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. You'll be attached to the safety rail throughout the climb and given all the necessary safety gear.
Whether you're an experienced climber or a first-timer, this is an urban adventure not to be missed! Please note that this experience is not suitable for pregnant women. The maximum waist measurement is 125cm, the maximum upper thigh measurement is 75cm, and the maximum weight is 21 stone. This ensures the safety harness, climb jacket, climb shoes and climb gear fit correctly. There is also a strict ratio of adults to children.

Take the A102/Millennium Way and follow signs for The O₂'s Car Parks 1–4. Car 1 offers free drop-off/pick-up; Car 2–4 are paid parking. Pre-booking is highly recommended, especially on event days.
By Train:
The nearest rail link (via Tube) is North Greenwich on the Jubilee line just a 2–5 minute walk to Up at The O2. Alternatively, Southeastern trains stop at Charlton station, about a 40‑minute walk away.
By Bus:
Several bus routes serve the North Greenwich Bus Station (Stop E), including 108, 129, 132, 161, 188, 422, 472, and 486. Route 188 runs 24 hours on event nights, dropping you off right outside The O2.
By Boat:
The Uber Boat by Thames Clippers (river bus) stops at North Greenwich Pier, ust a 5‑minute walk from Up at The O2. Services run every 10–20 minutes daily, accepting Oyster/contactless, with scenic riverside views en route.
