The Harris Museum and Art Gallery, Preston, is a family-friendly museum with loads of hands-on activities to get stuck into at whatever time of day you visit.
Visit the museum because they know how to make history and art fun! After you've discovered the story of Preston and met the 10,000 year old elk, check out the fun family activities.
That could be trying your hand at the drawing challenges in the Fine Art Gallery, taking part in the Ceramics and Glass Gallery trail or being a detective in one of the Scent Bottle tours.
They've got a cafe with a special children's menu: you can even get a lunchbox with secret puzzles and games inside. There's a shop full of pocket-money toys and gifts too!
