- Indoor and Soft Play Areas
Venue type: Indoor
Tiny Rockers for under 8s is a new one on us: a music themed soft play centre! From the tinkling the ivories on the keyboard slides to the musical murals your kids can have the time of their lives and you get a break from the jungle theme. Hurrah!
The Junior Area for 5 to 12 year olds is 3 stories high and spread over several sections, joined up by elevated bridges and walkways. There's loads of fun physical play equipment in there, themed around music whenever it can be. There's also a smaller area for toddlers and babies which follows the same themes and offers soft and stimulating developmental play.
Their beautiful Sensory Room features an amazing floor to ceiling fish tank, backlit bubble tubes, fibre optic lights and other delightful oddities to soothe the senses. It's great for kids with disabilities and sensory impairments but just as valid as applied to younger kids who need a bit of calming down!
Organised activities are available between 10:30 and 11:00 daily, including things like Biscuit Decorating, Finger Painting, Disco Dancing and Treasure Hunts! These activities are great for a range of ages and they are free, with all necessary materials provided. Be sure to bring a change of clothes if they're doing a potentially messy one!
There are also seasonal special sessions including Christmas and Halloween Parties, so worth keeping an eye out as such times approach.

This is by far the worst of the local play centres. The staff are clearly not trained properly & bad mannered. Also it is over price, not much for kids to go on/do. It is run down & is in need of an upgrade so there is more for children to do. Such a let down as the location is handy.
Brilliant soft play

I have been taking my twin Grandsons since they where 12 months old; they have now gone to school but can not wait for the holidays so they can come and play.
