Barton Grange Garden Centre
Preston, LancashireAbout Barton Grange Garden Centre
Barton Grange Garden Centre is a well-known, award-winning garden centre located in Lancashire. Barton Grange has won numerous awards for its exceptional range of plants, garden accessories, and landscaping services. It has a team of knowledgeable staff members who are always on hand to offer expert advice and guidance to customers, ensuring that they have everything they need to create their perfect outdoor space.
Plants and Gardening
One of the highlights of Barton Grange Garden Centre is its stunning display gardens, which showcase a wide variety of indoor and outdoor plant species and design ideas. Visitors can wander through the mass of colour from pretty flowered plants and the immaculately maintained gardens, drawing inspiration for their own landscaping projects. We think you'll be impressed with the huge selection of seeds, plants and flowers available to purchase. Get the kids involved in designing your dream garden-a fun activity for all the family!
Also would you like to encourage more wildlife and birds into your garden? Kids will love to watch birds and other creatures popping in. Bird feeders of all shapes and sizes are available at Barton Grange. There's also bug houses, bee habitats and hedgehog feeding bowls. So, stock up on the bird feed and grab you binoculars! Why not create a fun wildlife/bird tick list and then the kids can mark off any visitors to their garden.
Farm Shop
In addition to its retail offerings, the garden centre also features an excellent farm shop. We recommend you don't miss a visit here before you leave. Take a browse and stock up on locally produced vegetables, meat, fruit and other artisan foods. There's even a well-stocked sweet shop- perfect for a pocket money treat for the kids. Barton Grange said about their farm shop: " Enjoy a taste of Lancashire. We love to support local suppliers."
Willows Restaurant and Riverside Cafe
If you don't fancy cooking then why not enjoy fresh food ready for you from either the self-service Riverside Cafe or have table service at Willows Restaurant.
The Riverside Cafe offers lovely river views in a relaxed setting making it a great destination for a day out with family and friends. The café and restaurant serve delicious, freshly prepared food using locally sourced ingredients. We recommend treating your family to a full cooked English breakfast or Sunday Roast served at your table at Willow Restaurant.
