Attraction Information
You’ll find all sorts of activities at Harewood House - the big problem will be trying to fit it all into one day!
Inside Harewood House, you can learn about history whilst having a whole load of fun. Dress up in servants' clothes and step back to Victorian times or discover the hidden delights behind the cupboard doors. Then go visit the magical Bird Garden with species of rare and exotic birds from all over the world, including the popular waddling penguins, fantastic flamingos and cheeky parrots. Don’t miss the chance to watch the penguin get fed every day at 11:00 and 15:30!
The grounds are also filled with trails for the whole family to enjoy. Why not follow the Lakeside path and take home some fresh produce from the Walled Garden? There's even a huge Adventure Playground for your kids to explore. Watch them zoom down the slides, swings and much, much more. With different areas for different age groups, the playground is guaranteed to give hours of fun! Bring a picnic and you can sit back, relax and enjoy the view too.
