Accessibility
Vue Cinemas want to give every single person an exceptional big-screen experience. They offer a range of screenings including accessible and autism-friendly screenings.
Vue Kirkstall Road offers subtitled films as well as audio description screenings. Plus you can get a headset or neckloop for watching the movie. Some of the screens have infrared technology that helps to provide hearing assistance.
In their autism-friendly screenings, the lights are left on low and the sound is turned down. Trailers and adverts are not shown at the beginning of the movie either. These showings are hosted at 10 am on the last Sunday of every month.
All the cinema screens have wheelchair access, and the entrance to the venue has four sets of entrance double doors - including an automatic one. There is also step-free access for the wheelchair seats as well as accessible toilets in the venue foyer. Assistance dogs are also welcome in the cinema.
Vue Leeds, Kirkstall Road has an onsite car park with plenty of blue badge holder spaces.

Trains run very regularly to Vue Kirkstall (roughly about every 10 minutes). The closest train station is Leeds Central Train Station which is in Leeds City Centre. You can also get there using Burley Park Train Station which is about a 15-minute walk).
There are a few different bus stops near the cinema and the Leeds Bus Station is only 18 minutes away. You can take the 60 Aireline, 33, 34, A1 Flyer, 50A, 49, 50, 19 and 19A buses to Vue Leeds Kirkstall Road.
There is also a taxi rank and drop-off point near the venue entrance.
