Attraction Information

Boydells Dairy Farm is a small, family working farm that specialises in sheep milking.

Open to the public there’s a guided tour with lots of hands-on activities that include attempting to milk a cow (it’s harder than it looks!), feeding hens, riding a donkey cart and trying to outstare a llama! The entire farm is over 42 hectares and every inch is dedicated to produce food for the animals.

There are over 300 milking ewes plus cattle, goats, pigs, poultry, a pony, a donkey and a llama. Tours are designed to be fun and educational as you join the afternoon routine work on the farm. Car parking is free, bring your picnic to enjoy before the farm opens at 14:00 and it’s time to get to work!
