Long Melford Country Park

Sun’s out, weather’s gorgeous and you just want to spend the day outdoor? At Melford Country Park you’ll find over 8 hectares of grassland, woodland and lakes to explore. There’s plenty of space for your tots to run around and play, as well.

Take a long stroll on the 2-kilometre Melford Walk - it takes you along a former railway line, past old bridges and wooded valley. The views of the Long Melford village are stunning too! You can also go for a long walk along the riverfront of River Stour, on the west border of the park. Either way, a camera will come in handy!
