Dive into a day packed with excitement at Writtle Maize Maze! Navigate the maze, follow the quiz trail and collect the answers to clues to beat the Maize maze! You'll be able to learn all about the crops they grow, including their famous cornstalks.
For younger visitors, there's a fun-sized 'sunflower' mini maze that has all the fun of the regular maze without getting too lost! Enjoy a beautiful sunflower walk through the sunflower maze. Will you be able to complete the maze? Writtle Maize Maze has a soft play area as well as a selection of games and activities to keep kids entertained for ages!
Each year they host a different theme for their maze puzzles! Are you ready to find the clues and beat the puzzles?
Feeling brave? They also have spooktacular torchlight Halloween maze events - test your navigation skills and bravery against their giant maze in the dark! We'd definitely recommend trying this - especially for all you spooky fans!!
Food and Drink
All of that navigating and puzzle-solving can work up an appetite! They have a large picnic area for you to enjoy a delicious post-adventure picnic. If you're craving something sweet, their ice cream van and coffee/cake van are here to the rescue! Treat yourself to delicious ice creams, hot drinks and cakes that will satisfy your sweet tooth and keep you cool on your maze adventure!
They also offer cold drinks for those mid-adventure pit stops!

Writtle Maize Maze has two mazes for you to try! They have their cornstalk maze and the sunflower maze (for younger explorers).

The mazes are full of clues to find and puzzles to solve. As you find your way out of the maze, make sure to keep an eye out for those clues and complete the puzzle.
