Blue Lagoon Centre
Eastbourne, East SussexAbout Blue Lagoon Centre
Kids love playing in the water but they get cold easily. Avoid this problem! Take your little ones for a leisurely swim at Blue Lagoon Centre in Eastbourne to enjoy pools at the toasty 33 -34°C. Just for reference, most pools are around 27°C. At Blue Lagoon, the changing rooms are at least 26°C!
There’re two 10x5m warm water pools, designed especially for tiny swimmers. The water’s only 1.2 metres deep throughout, plus there’s a shelf at one end for the adults to sit, or the kids to stand. Getting in and out of the water is easy too - there’re proper stairs to help the little ones.
Enjoy a 30-minute Open Swim session without teachers, or supervision - just for fun! You’ll have plenty of space to move around and play with your child, as only a small group of people are allowed in the pool at the same time. Can’t find your swimming suit? You can wear whatever you like (as long as it’s safe and decent!).
- Special pools designed for kids
- Open swim sessions in warm water
- Swimming lessons & private swims available
