Bring your little water rats on down to Bexhill Leisure Pool and they can build skills and increase fitness, plus almost as importantly: whoosh down a massive waterside and enjoy the waves of a stormy sea! A great combination of practicality and fun, this is a great place to bribe the kids into trying harder with their swimming by rewarding them with goes on the flume: genius!
The facilities here are warm and spacious and feature a 25m swimming pool with a zero depth beach area and entry point, offering lane swimming, early morning swimming, aqua-fit classes, children's swimming lessons and Friday night splash dance pool disco - how cool is that? And from autumn 2015 they're also starting their own Swim School!
Be sure to use our handy link to check the timetables when you're planning your trip and attend the right session: if you accidentally go to one where they can see the slide but not use it you're in for a really hard day!
Also available here on the same site there's also a shop (with swimming supplies amongst other things), a sauna, a cafe and a small gym. So plenty of options for rainy days and fun ones, for folks who like it wet or dry!
