About Askham Bryan Wildlife and Conservation Park
Animal lovers and science buffs alike will jump at a chance to visit Askham Bryan Wildlife & Conservation Park. All sorts of curious creatures call it home and are waiting to welcome you in.
There are a few different ways to explore the park and learn about its residents; you can challenge yourselves with a themed trail sheet, learn about the animals from the students and staff who care for them or even book an animal experience to get a personal experience with animals like lemurs or tortoises. The park is set in a historic arboretum, with beautiful woodlands to explore as well as a small play park in the woods.Daily events cover just about everything from crafts to stories, animal handling with brilliantly gross bugs, as well as seeing behind the scenes.
