Embark on a high-wire adventure, zoom down not one, but eight zip lines or channel your inner ape as you swing like Tarzan!

Returning this autumn - Sundown Adventures!

Back by popular demand. Experience tree top thrills in a whole new light across 25 locations for a limited time between 17th October and 9th November. Go Ape Sundown Adventures offer a new level of forest fun in the dark. Become a creature of the night as you climb through the canopy on a high ropes course lit with colourful lights. Test your skills on tree top crossings and experience the thrill of a zip wire ride into the darkness. It's a unique opportunity to enjoy the forest's beauty and experience the adrenaline rush of adventure after dark. The experience takes one to two hours, and the Go Ape team are around to help throughout. It starts with a safety briefing and harness fitting. For ages 6 and up (minimum height 1.2 metres) this is an adventure that will delight kids and adults alike.

Hylands Park is a 574-acre public park full of fun things to do. The adventure dial has been turned up to 11 now that Go Ape is in the park!

Hylands Park is a beautiful and peaceful place to relax and enjoy the Great British outdoors. The park is home to various wildlife, including deer, rabbits, and birds. Several walking and cycling trails wind through the park, so make a day of it on your visit to Go Ape.

Experience Zip Lines Galore

At Go Ape Chelmsford there are 8 exhilarating zip lines, each offering breathtaking views across Hylands Park Estate! 5 of which are alpine zip wires!

Pair up these zips with 34 daring crossings to test your agility and nerve. This means plenty of time in the air!

Get ready for a heart-pounding adventure at Chelmsford Hylands Park on Treetop Challenge, a thrilling high ropes course featuring 3 loops of high-flying excitement. Conquer suspended obstacles, navigate wobbly bridges, and soar through the canopy on eight exhilarating zip lines, including five alpine zips. Plus challenge yourself on our Tarzan Swing
