Leicester Outdoor Pursuits Centre runs a Holiday Scheme which coincides with all the School Holidays, so when the children are off School you can count on them providing day care with a difference. The children will partake in adventurous multi activity days or weeks which are available for anyone aged between 5 (must be in year 1) and 16 years old.
Open public sessions offer a wide range of exciting activities for groups, families, individuals and birthday parties of all ages, throughout the year on the 15 acre site. Take a step away from reality and your comfort zone and test your mettle against the Leap of Faith. Enjoy a peaceful ride along the River Soar in a canoe and see Leicester in a different perspective.
Participate in Olympic events such as Archery and Fencing all here at LOPC. If you want to try something new, keep fit and have a great time, then give them a call and that may be your first step on the start of many new adventures!
Leicester Oudoor Pursuits Centre will take private bookings of any nature including, Children's Parties, Adult Stag and Hen Parties, Corporate Team Building, School Visits, Families, Youth Groups and anyone who just wants to try something different.

We offer open sessions to the public, kayak and SUP hire, and private instructor lead group sessions for a range of on site activities including: Aerial Trekking, Climbing, Abseiling, Archery, Canoeing, Kayaking, Stand Up Paddleboarding, Raft Build, Zipline, Crate Stack, Leap of Faith, Gladiator Challenge, Orienteering, Bushcraft, Air Rifles, Axe Throwing, and many more
All our activities are on site, and for everyone
We have a challenge by choice policy, everyone is invited to try their best at the activities, and encouraged by our qualified instructors. But we never presure anyone to do anything they do not want to do.
Our enthusiastic instructors will welcome anyone who wants to have a go. We have a wide range of kit to suit people of different sizes and shapes.

Our activities are challenging and exciting. Children love the excitement of being on the river or climbing up high, and rewarding feeling of accomplishment when the achieve something they didn't know they could do. Our experienced instructors will guide them to learn more about how to do the activities and help them to improve their skills.
