The Time Capsule

Please note that the tipping bucket at Splashdown Island is currently closed, but the wider waterpark, slides, wave pool, lazy river and family splash areas remain open.

If your little ones would rather stay dry, the Tiny Tots Play Zone is ideal for under 5s, with ball pools, soft play equipment, ramps and plenty of space to climb, crawl and explore. There is also an indoor ice rink, giving families another fun activity to enjoy before or after their swim session.

The Time Capsule is a practical family day out too, with changing rooms, toilets, accessible facilities, food available on site and free parking outside the entrance. Waterpark visits must be booked and paid for in advance, as walk-ins cannot be accommodated. The venue is also cashless, so make sure you bring a payment card or phone wallet. Lockers operate with a £1 coin, which is returned after use.

Before visiting, it is worth checking the latest session times, admission rules and flume restrictions with Active NL. Some rides have height and age limits, including the Tornado Tantrum and larger Storm Chaser flume, which require riders to be 1.2m tall and aged 8 or over.
