Are all areas of the attraction accessible by wheelchair?

No, all areas are not wheelchair accessible. The entrance way of the venue relies on passage through two standard sized doors, similar to that in many house. There is minimal space between the doors to allow for adjustment of the chair angle. Many manual and smaller electric chairs may be able to fit through the double door, but larger wheelchairs will struggle.Once in the venue, it is an open space room. Activities are varied with some relying on access to the floor or to at-height areas of the wall or windows which may be difficult to reach from a wheelchair.

Is ColourPlay CIC baby friendly?

Yes, there are baby changing facilities. Babes in arms, or carried in a sling do not require a ticket for entry. We have many activities that are suitable for mobile babies and toddlers to get involved in.

Are all areas of the attraction accessible with a pushchair?

No, not all areas are pushchair friendly. We are a small venue and unfortunately do not have space for pushchairs. This includes storing pushchairs - although we do have a small space outside in front of our glass-fronted doorway that can be used for a small number of pushchairs.We recommend where possible you consider using a sling or carrier as an alternative to pushchairs to have full freedom of the venue facilities.

No, there are no breastfeeding rooms available.

Yes, ColourPlay CIC has stated that you can hire privately for parties/events. We run some themed events during our normal opening hours, as well as some special events outside typical openings hours too.In addition we offer Children's Parties.

At ColourPlay we strongly believe in the power of freeplay to inspire creativity and connection. And there's no better way to do that than with a group friends celebrating at your very own ColourPlay Party! Each party includes: - 90-minute exclusive access to our Colour Room - Full use of all our standard materials, including fresh Graffiti wall, glass wall and free-style floor area - A dedicated Colour Room Party Host - Snack pack per guest, including a packet of crisps, mini sweet snack and fruit juice or flavoured milk carton. - Cake Cutting Ceremony (cake provided by booking customer). Our standard party package starts at only £10 per guest, or opt for our Party Package Plus including additional upgrade materials for only £12 per guest. We can also provide party bags per guest if required too.
