Attraction Information
The 25m competition standard pool at Hamilton Water Palace also features flume and tyre slides, plus awesome lazy river! So float, sink, whoosh or spin: whatever you fancy doing, do it here! The rides are best suited to kids with confidence in the water, but it's not essential and with younger ones it's worth checking ahead to see if you can ride down with them during that session. Youmust pick the right sessions or the features you want may not be available and then you're going to get told off in little squeaky voices!
Plus a nicely shallow under 8s' pool with a cool pirate play ship offering interactive water features mean there's loads to do for all ages and abilities!
There are group and individual swimming lessons available so if the kids are a bit nervous about the whole thing then you know where to start to build their confidence! Even kids who've struggled for years tend to improve fast with professional lessons, and having water slides in the background is a powerful incentive!
Out of the pool their Early Years programme has lots of activities tailored for you and younger children to enjoy together, well worth looking into if you've got one under 12 months.
Elsewhere on site you'll find a gym, fitness studio and health suite too, so if you've got teens or extra adults there's something for everyone.
