Our friendly and award-winning café is now open Monday to Saturday from 10.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. for delicious cakes and light lunches. Hot food is served until 2.30 p.m.

The Spring’s evening bar opens 45 minutes before the start of a show.
Our Daytime Food Menu features a variety of freshly-prepared hot and cold food which you can eat in our friendly café. Please check the specials board on arrival at The Spring for daily specials such as quiche.

We encourage all of our visitors to travel to us sustainably. We are located within walking distance from Havant rail station and bus station. Parking is available but is limited.
By rail
Havant Station is a 10-minute walk from The Spring, with direct links to London Waterloo, Portsmouth, Southampton, and Chichester. Call 0845 748 4950 for more details or visit nationalrail.co.uk.
By bus
The number 700, 27, 28 and 28a all stop directly outside The Spring.
By car
The Spring is a 5-minute drive off the A27. Leave the A27 either at the B21549 Park Road South junction or at the A259 Emsworth exit.
The M27 and A27 run along the coast, linking Hampshire and Sussex. The M3, A3, A29, A259 and A24 connect Portsmouth, Southampton, Surrey, Sussex and London.
Parking
The Spring is next to a Havant Borough Council Pay and Display car park, and parking can be paid for on Ringo.
Parking charges apply Monday to Saturday 8am – 6pm, on Ringo:
Up to 2 hours £1.10
Up to 3 hours £2.10
Up to 4 hours £3.10
10 hours: £5.30
Parking after 6pm is free.
Bank holiday – 24 hours: Free
At the end of the car park is a private parking area. This is usually available for evening visitors to use after 6pm. If this applies there will be a sign making it clear Spring customers can use the private car park. The private area is never available for Spring customers during the day, including Saturdays.
There are two other council car parks a few minutes walk away – East Pallant Car Park and Prince George’s Street Car Park.
Parking for disabled patrons
Blue Badge holders can use the Pay and Display car park at the bottom of the slope for free when displaying their badge. Cars displaying a Blue Badge can also be parked on double-yellow lines in adjoining streets (closest are Town Hall Road and Beechworth Road), for up to three hours. Please note the top car park directly outside The Spring entrance is private and Blue Badge holders cannot park there.
