About Portsmouth Indoor Tennis Centre
Portsmouth Indoor Tennis Centre is featuring Classes for toddlers through to 50+ with open coaching sessions, private coaching lessons, Junior classes and a Tennis Academy.
The centre offers a comprehensive programme of activities for all ages and abilities. A range of junior sessions for children under and over eight will develop children's enjoyment of tennis through fun activities based on balance, co-ordination, agility, movement and racket and ball skills.
Teen tennis focuses on developing skills amongst young people aged 11 to 16 years. Children between 3 and 10 years old can also now get stuck into the world of tennis with an exciting programme from the LTA, with smaller courts, nets and rackets and lower bouncing balls! LTA Mini Tennis offers the perfect introduction to the sport for small folk, with all the fun and energy of the real thing!
A great rainy day saver that will also build skills, confidence and fitness. Also something that parents can play with their kids (so long as you're on a normal sized court that is!) and if you're worried about your fitness then why not go as a trio, then the old folks can swap out now and then to face down the munchkin!
